A 24 hr security service will be in operation from 4.00 pm on Sunday 19 January 2020 until 11.30 am on Friday, 24 January 2020. The Organisers cannot however, hold themselves responsible for any loss or damage to the Exhibitor's property howsoever caused.

Exhibitors are warned not to leave their stands with merchandise and displays unattended at any time when the halls are open, whether during the build up, open or breakdown periods. In the event of loss or damage exhibitors should immediately inform the security guard on duty. Any exhibitor wishing to make independent security arrangements for their stand should notify the Organisers in writing prior to the opening of the Exhibition.

In the interest of security, exhibitors are requested to vacate the halls as soon as possible after the closure of the show on Tuesday and Wednesday evening, and by 5.30pm at the latest. Exhibitors are not, under any circumstances, to breakdown their stands before 4.00pm on Thursday night. Breakdown is 4.00pm to 9.00pm on Thursday and from 7.00am to 11.30am on Friday.

On Thursday the small exit doors ONLY will be opened between 4 pm and 5 pm to allow for hand-carried items to be removed.
The large goods doors will be opened from 5 pm giving access for the forklifts.
This change is a consequence of Health & Safety requirements allowing all visitors a safe exit, and a safer environment for all exhibitors and contractors during the breakdown procedure.

Night sheets are available from Joe Manby Limited on request to give additional security for your stand and exhibitors are advised to order them in advance.
