Deal with workplace conflict without getting stressed
Do you spend around four hours every week dealing with conflict? It may be a lot more, but four hours is the average amount of time managers in the UK spend dealing with conflict.
Conflict is a natural event when people come into contact with each other and at low levels can be constructive. However, if it is allowed to escalate it has a destructive effect on team members and team performance. When it is not dealt with, it leads to a drop in team morale and team performance. When conflict is managed effectively it will improve (or at least not make worse) relationships with others.
This class will share practical tips and techniques in how you can deal with conflict between team members; conflict between team members and you; and conflict you and your team may have with other parties including club members and external suppliers.
This is a practical class full of tips and techniques and the opportunity to learn about how you are most likely to deal with conflict and the impact that may have on the outcome.
